Contemporary Update of an Old Style

The size is great and the styling really will work for a number of décors. Having a built-in strainer basket is great when using loose tea. With its own insulated tea cozy, it does keep tea hot for quite some time. The best feature - the no-spill spout. As anyone can tell you, spilling spouts are often the bane of a tea drinker's existence.

Bad design

I returned this teapot because the design of the handle (very narrow opening) makes it impossible to grasp it without having your fingers touch either the sharp edges of the cover (with cover on) or the hot teapot (with cover off).
